We are all a little fucked ... UW the least hopefully ... Tosh will be coaching at a JC and Sark will have lie some more and SC may have to let him go.

 
How is USC an option?

If Sark is found to be responsible or anything, USC could annul his contract and hire a real coach. If anything, USC might benefit from this.

If Tosh or Sark took money out of their personal checking accounts and gave it to a kid,there is no control that a school could do that would prevent that. The scholarly would have to put surveillance on the coaches personal bank accounts and have a compliance person at every meeting with a recruit.

Now, if they used school funds and there isn't adequate records keeping and approvals to know when a few grand leaves the accounts, then UW has a problem.

Using Miami and Oregon as guides, this should be minor for the school. Certain individuals may be, and should be, hammered.

Miami is a bad example here. The NCAA didn't drop the hammer on them because the Hurricanes self-banninated for two years.
