New Fish
This weekend we learned that NAMG has acquired a sports blog network called Scout.com from Fox.

Scout.com has 300 sites. Heckman ran Scout.com until 2005, when he sold it to Fox for $60 million.

We don't know how much he paid to get it back. We don't really know the size of the new company. Someone who stands to benefit from the transaction told us the companies will combine for $100 million revenues in 2013.

NAMG will change its name to Scout.com.

If you need it sold, tell Kim you'll give him access.

I was looking forward to seeing Fox's next re-launch. I hear the new boards are going to be special.

About as "special" as the 2013 Huskies football..........

man... if Taft ever stops aggregating premium content for free then that place will only have Meanderings and the occasional post-dated prediction from the Butler Cabin to complement Woody's messaging.
