For the record, the only thing doogman worshipers will take out of that article is the thoughts about how they recruit:

If you don't know, Jim Sochor was the man. Bill Walsh consulted with him and tried to hire him away from Davis. Sochor simply liked coaching Davis and doing his thing.

Yup, Carroll (NFL Version) looks for a certain guy with characteristics and abilities and then coaches them up. Also, always positive. Very similar philosophy.
