I always found it amazing to watch and hear the rats blame the corporations for closing stores in violent areas where they got robbed blind.

They got a Dollar Store Al Sharpton here in SF named Amos Brown, of course Brown blames white racism for the closure of this store. Safeway has been wanting to close it for a few years but has been pressured by city government to keep it open. They finally said fuck it, we're closing it.
Now you have Amos pressuring the city to pay for a "black owned" grocery store. Essential the city will pay for and run the store. Gosh, I wonder how that will turn out?

why would you ever open a store at all? You just look at the demographics and nope outta there.

Safeway on Menth and Jefferson in SW Portland is still somehow open.
