No doubt. I don't know what actual numbers are, but they are able and willing to pay out whatever they want. The proof is on the roster. Oregon is the model for how to aggressively purchase a championship team. That shouldn't surprise anybody.
They better not let Lanning keep coming up short. The right coach would win one there right now, but this window may not be here for too long.
