I don’t think this country wants unelected judges running the country over the leader they elected. LIPO

Would probably make sense for the populace to elect their Federal judges based on district.

Would have the same issue with venue and standing by having the Hawaiian judge issue a nationwide injunction.

It appears to be open/shut. The facts are widely known.
