SEATTLE — A man charged with murder in connection to mass shooting in downtown Seattle was released Wednesday onto electronic home monitoring following a motion granted by a King County judge last week.[/i][/b]
Prosecutors argued strongly against Tolliver’s release, especially since he was on Department of Corrections supervision at the time of the shooting, and he’s been known to run before. He and Tolbert were arrested in Las Vegas after the shooting in 2020.
“When you have somebody who has a history of not following court orders, has a half dozen domestic violence offenses, no matter who the defendant is, that’s a concern,” Casey McNerthney with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said.[/i][/b]
