The NGO’s from the homeless industrial complex can find as many as the need to. They can literally print ballot up on the street. All legal.

Imagine if you’re working ballot harvesting for a Seattle NGO and your job is to get the homeless vote out, you command a higher per diem?
Chasing them around and trading needles for votes sounds like hazard pay to me!
 
The NGO’s get these people registered and the NGO office is where they are sent. You don’t even need to go out into the field.
You dont even need to actually exist to get onto the voter rolls.

No doubt the waves of mass illegals were part of Bidens inflation.
 
I literally drove the van in 1982-83-84 (honestly I can't remember) that picked up bums on Burnside in PTLD and took them to vote for a sack lunch. Some of them 2 and 3 times. The organizer who orchestrated the van and the pick ups was a dedicated drop acid and drop out 60's low life who ended up being integral in far left politics in OR for several decades. She is dead now but the damage and corruption was done. I am positive that on her death bed she was most proud of her socialist corruption. Her far left trans daughter has been a force in PTLD politics for the last 20 years and has done her corrupt mother proud.
That is the reason I left the party. So corrupt and so slimy.
