It won't matter if the team totally sucks again. If I had to bet, I'd predict this year's team will be a middle of the Pac, NIT or CBI type team. However, that will create a little optimism for the next season. Let's remember that this board isn't the norm for UW fans.

If Romar makes the tournament the next year, he's probably bought himself another two seasons of goodwill.

UW hasn't played defense in at least 3 years from a wing perspective. Whether it's youth, players, or coaching, pick an excuse.

Since most players have run a variation of the same 4 inbounds plays since 5th grade, you only need about 10 minutes to install multiple inbounds plays. Not to mention, if your team needs more time, then spend more time. It is a valuable part of the game considering we regularly watch teams get open jumper after open layup on our "defense".
