I like to remember a POTUS and VPOTUS can’t be from the same state. That’s what I like to remember.

Not a Constitutional requirement that they be from different states. It's an electoral votes issue. But Kammy could easily become a DC resident and make her home there with a DL and residence where she spends the majority of her time. Cheney did this in 2000 when Bush chose him.

Never underestimate DIMS ability to make what they want happen. By hook or crook.
