NFL won't punish Pat's because "IF" any actual infraction occurred... and it wasn't just some media stunt choreographed to hype the Superbowl to fans outside of Seattle and/or Boston... they would be punishing the wrong people since Officials incompetence is the real culprit.

The intent to cheat is the issue, it shouldn't matter if the officials caught it or let it slip by them.
