Retired generals plotting with Pentagon to undermine Trump

It’s obvious that Milley must be involved and he’s already admitted to talking to a Chinese General to let him know he’d warn them if Trump did anything against China.
I’d like to know why Milley shouldn’t be called back into service and then court-martialed for this one as a start.
