This is a non-story.

The Republicans agreeing on global warming/climate change is pretty empty since the Democrats forced it in their bill to form an alliance that will overcome Obama's veto. If the Democrats didn't include it, the Republicans would probably still be denying it or whatever their original stances were on the issue.

It's not really a change of heart, just Republicans doing what it takes to bypass Obama's veto and Democrats forcing it into legislature so they can point back to it later for leverage in other environmental whatnot.

Trickle down effect, cutting taxes increases tax revenue, obamacare will crater the economy, global warming.

Many blame the recession on Obama when it started 13 months before inauguration but give credit to Reagan for the economy of the 90s when it started 7 years or so after he left office and there was recession in between.

I could keep going but I need to find some hookers and blow for the game.
