Can you imagine the absolutely inept corruption of most of our government employees? Just like the government brochure on surviving a nuclear strike veering off on the need to mask up and social distance. Someone assigned the brochure writer, someone wrote it and then layers of fact checkers approved it. Someone floated the idea of the need for crack pipes for addicts. Then it got approved and funded. Then come the lies because no one in the bureaucracy is going to take responsibility for the phuck up and get their asses fired.
