Sark's not going to lose his team. He's a players coach.

He just isn't a big time coach.

He is average ... 7 wins, with an occasional 9 win season sprinkled in. He's not a teacher, he relies on play calling and raw talent.

If he has SC talent, he is a 10-11 win coach with the 1-2 losses a year when he runs into a better coach.

He can't out coach his competition.

If I was an alum of Wazzu, OSU, CSU, Colorado ... I'd be thrilled to have him.
