We have a retired Miami COP as a friend. He says there have been over 100 guns confiscated. 98% of them from black males. Rape and sexual harassment cases are the highest they have ever been. Looting off the charts. None of our friends who own condos on Miami Beach will rent to anyone during Spring Break. The business owners are over it. They got rid of freaknik down there several years ago. Now they are going to get rid of Spring Break. The violence is off the chart and the behavior of the crowd is unbelievable.

The chicom crud wasn't pretty tough. It was the government response that made it tough. For healthy people under 60 it was less dangerous than the flu. It was tough when they shut down all the sports leagues. How many NFL, NBA, PGA, MLB, MLS, NHL players (thousands of them) died or were hospitalized? A responsible response would have been like Florida, South Dakota and Sweden. Very limited lockdowns and focus on the old people or those with comorbidities. Tough was shutting down gyms were people went to stay healthy. Tough was saying you could buy a toaster at Costco but not at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Tough was the government lying about the actual risks of the crud and actively discouraging preventatives and effective treatment. Tough was telling sick people to take Tylenol until they needed a ventilator.
