This was Gavin’s payment to the DNC to ensure his primary win in 2028. He just assfucked 5 million of his constituents so he could tell the bosses in DC that he stuck it to Trump and Texas and delivered them an extra 5 house seats.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the difference in this being passed compared to red states’ legislatures restricting to add supposed GOP seats?
