Imagine the bureaucracy needed to administer this and who is involved. Nothing but leftist grift from the top to the bottom. Need to staff the official grant approval process. "Non-profits" staff up to apply for the grants according to the official DEI process with number of trans, women, gays and blacks that will be involved in the officially approved plays and production. Localities that don't get a cut of the grift, lobby their Congressmen for more federal money.
