I had hurrrd that since Felix touched a weight for the first time in his life this offseason, he was going to be BACK!!1!!1!111!!!

He's what, 32? If so, his arm is at least 42. Paxton is by FAR the M's best pitcher thus far. And with the bullpen imploding (along with the usual inconsistent bats), this could get ugly.

I know, I know. TSWO 3 weeks ago.
 
I think at this point with all the innings on Felix's arm he is a above average pitcher, who on certain nights can bitch slap father time and be dominant.

It's a small sample size, but I think he might be completely done. He's a soft tosser now, he's never in shape. He better call up Bartolo Colon.

Verlander looked done at one point.
Felix is going to need to put work in probably developing a couple of new pitches if he's going to sustain for a few more years

Big difference is Verlander isn't always fat and out of shape.
