Post Signing Day Scholarship Breakdown by Class and Position

I did not include anyone on scholarship who didn't have one last year (Pulu, Bowman, etc.)
I assumed that Chico gets a redshirt for last season
Positions aren't perfect, but close enough to give an idea of where holes in the roster are

Impressive as fuck. Half of them are probably getting drafted.

Gaskin, Trey, Kaleb, Gaines, Miller and Jojo for sure. Bartlett, Sample, Jaylen J. and BBK probably. Browning has a shot, a lot of average QBs get drafted.

of the 15 players, probably only Sosebee, Matt James, Bowman and Dotson aren't.

That's impressive as fuck.

Brandon Wellington is a Sophomore which makes that Junior class look even worse. The Senior class in 2019 is gonna be shit especially if Taylor Rapp leaves early.

Rapp is in a league of his own, but it's kinda overly negative to call some of Chico, Benning, Joyner, and Beavers as not being worth a fuck. They're all solid DDY2 starters. Obviously we need the elite underclassmen to step the fuck up if we want to beat Auburn and win the PAC12 though.

Main reason junior class is so thin is that a lot of the 2015 recruiting class played right away due to the huge attrition that happened during the 2013 and 2014 offseasons. Meanwhile a huge majority of the 2016 class redshirted.

Wellington and Beavers, Benning and Chico are the next group down, but if they were all on Oregon I wouldn't be worried. It's only our coaching that makes those guys better than average players.

Now, I'm hoping like heck they all take a big step forward this year... and it would be the year for it... but just being realistic, not a lot of puppy bites from those dudes. Beavers has probably been the best player in that lot.

Beavers gets an * in 2017. Hurt. 2016 beavers would have started whole season for most of the conf
