To get to the number, Romar will have to be here at least another 3 seasons. I find it hard to believe that the energy around the program will dramatically improve.
I also tend to have enough respect for Romar the person to know when to step away if things aren't working right long term.
There are creative ways to move Romar out of the coaching position but not having to pay his entire buy out.
That program has been on a downward spiral for years, just because he's a grad shouldnt be enuff for him to hang around sucking life force out of program
