Kids always say they are going to take OVs but then don't follow through after talking to the coaching staff.
I would guesstimate less than a 5% chance he opens this one back up. Seems like the kind of kid that will stand by his decision and Arizona really made him feel like he was at home with family. From what little I can see Arizona catered their pitch much more to the individual. You have to have a strong sell to beat the CCP.
