Im actually surprised that Keaneau Light hasnt figured out that yhe whoke building an SEC team is merely a ploy by Cristobal. It buys him time thru all the plungerings because the idiot duck fans are in despair over the current state of UO football and they will live vicariously thru the dream of building of a SEC team. It is their beacon in the night thru these dark times. EXCEPT it isnt. Its just sales by another slickster meant to buy more time to get Oregon back 9 win seasons so he can jump ship to a better job just as his mentor did.
 
One of them won a recent natty and another nearly did last year, if you're rolling the dice with coaches (like most teams are forced to do when hiring), you could do a lot worse than a Saban assistant who's had 4 years of on the job training and helped win titles at Alabama.

Nick has only lost like seven games in the last six years. Ole Miss twice, aTm, tOSU, Clemson, and Aubbie twice.
