One 1 hand, it's just a shirt he wore.

On the other side, I've never seen him in anything but UW gear on a Monday Presser (and of course could be wrong) and I think he does everything for a reason, so when I saw that shirt, the old cynical man in me was thinking. "You have a senior laden/upperclass dominated team and you are wearing a shirt to help them keep their chins up. This particular team should be mature enough to not need a pick me up."
