Seems like Schneider should have been making the picks and decisions all along. Coming into this season, I thought the Seahawks roster was an 8-9 win team. By going younger, the team escaped a lot of injuries and stayed more intact in the late season, compared to other teams. Staying healthy is why they got to the Superbowl.
Carroll gets too attached to older and constantly injured players. They kept reaching too far in the first rounds with Carroll too - drafting potential second rounders in the first round.
