I was told words were violence and especially those targeting a specific group. That that would be hate speech and most likely racist.

As pointed out in the Twitter thread, she had to stop the session that she was leading and others were compelled to attend, in order to give "Karen" the BUSINESS about black people having no power so they can't be racist. And it goes without saying that the current head of the DOD is black.
 
Actually 15% of the Worlds population is white non-mixed. 18% is Black. So technically she’s in the majority if we want to be picky.
