Kellen Moore makes close to $2mil per year as OC for the Cowboys. You would have to at least triple that, probably quadruple, to get him to listen. I don't think he will leave because he's about to be the next Cowboys head coach. Let's see, Dallas HC or UW? Not even a comparison.
