Bondi didn't strike me as stupid, but she is way over her skis on this. Janet Reno, Erik Holder and Merrick Garland are not supposed to be your role models for displaying AG competency. At best she is incredibly tone deaf on this. Her continued silence in the face of some massive and on point criticism from Trump supporters should have us all concerned that the job is beyond here.
 
Trump knows Bongino has a massive following on X/Rumble and presumably if he were to go back to radio/podcast.

He wont take the PR loss.

I like Pam Bondi but I never understood why she wanted that job. Get out now.
I could be wrong but I don't see her getting fired. Who knows but the Epstein thing was a mistake.

Bongino complicit on protecting the Epstein clients. Maybe he should have raised those questions before he opened his mouth the other day. Only now after he has seen the conservative backlash is he “resigning”. That’s the only reason for this.
