B1G 8 for 67 yards
ACC 8 for 65 yards
SEC 8 for 70 yards
P12 21 for 151 yards

Our flag happy refs do not help our national perception.

I like to pretend false starts are arbitrary penalties....I like to do that
 
Didn't watch the entire UA/Oregon game, but pretty sure there were not 21 false start penalties. And it continues a season long trend. 9/12 P12 teams were in the top 25 most penalized teams in all of college football.

Good effort, though.

The should be a Bay Area rule where no game of significance is ever played in the Bay Area.

The conference couldn't fill up that stadium either. Size doesn't matter.
