Ummm They are on their third head coach since 2008 you dumb senile drunk old fuck!

Coaching stability is not why we suck.

Not firing a loser coach when the red flags were obvious is why we fucking suck!

Coaching stability is the most fucktarded argument and anyone who still believes it needs to die in a fucking fire!

Someone should have told Stanford that when they decided to fire Walt Harris and hire Jim Harbaugh.

Alabama apparently fucked up by firing Mike Shula and hiring Saban.

Every good program had their down years and bad hires. We just like to prolong our misery longer here. It's a doog tradition.

After 3 years you can tell if progress is being made. If it is not you can then and move on to the next.

When you find that guy you pay him so he never leaves.

T's and p's.

Every school fucks up with their hires time to time. It happens hard to get too upset. Problem is at Washington we fucking wait a year or two too long to fire the sack of shit coach.

This deserved it's own thread.

Why I posted it. I didn't want this fucktarded statement buried not to mention it's completely fucking false.

When Neuheisel was fired in 6/'03, Gilbertson took over, then he was canned in 11/'04, then Tytanic ok....I got it...but now..

Oklahoma in the 90's had like 5 coaches in 7 years then won a national title in Stoops second year.

Fuck coaching stability! Fuck any mother fucker who quotes coaching stability right in the fucking ass!

The only halfway legitimate argument to stability is that it can ruin a recruiting class. But as someone pointed out this is the perfect year to do so because the class will only be about 15 guys. Either way, door. ass. out.

In 2007 Ty was having a "kickass" class for class of 2008 so they brought him back. That class was solid but was not worth 0-12 that is for sure.

Also if you fire Sark quickly and hire a coach he has some time to get some guys in this class. Not every fucktard is going to choose FREE PUB!!! over recruiting his own job.

That halfway legitimate argument was used to prop up Tys final season.

Nevermind oregons talent development and execution It's their stability that's the answer.

They've never had a top 10 recruiting class either yet every year they live in the top 5. They develop their players better than everyone else.

Yeah, but who cares if a coaching change ruins a recruiting class?

Keeping a loser coach ruins five recruiting classes.

The only reason to ruin a recruiting class is free pub if your coach is coaching an all star game in Hawaii or as an asst in the rosé bowl. Get some perspective.
