Honestly, if the fans follow through I don't think it's a bad thing. One of the more impressive sights in college football is a Happy Valley white out. It beats the alternative of having 1/3 of the crowd wearing seahawks/sounder gear and northface jackets.

They sure have sucked the spare welfare money out of Vancouver with it. The new designs, especially Washington and Oregon, look like they're barely trying at this point.
