this isn’t a guy who was recruited out of HS by the current staff. Sure I’d be ticked if one of our best defensive players went to play for UW, but we thought it was funny when bridges took an OV to Washington after entering the portal.

It's a big deal but also isn't. To me its more of a sad realization that the era of going to a school and feeling loyal to it is quickly disappearing.
But imagine if Nix transferred to Oregon and then the next year transferred to Washington. You'd be going "WTF?"
