Old Cyler Miles Comment on Petersen...

Was watching some highlights and caught this BYU post-game interview. Had the usual canned answers, but when asked at the end about Petersen, Miles said that he is genuine and cares about you as a person while still having high expectations for you.

A lot of players made this "genuine" observation. Sure, any new coach will seem that way when replacing a double-chinned fraud. Yet, I cant help but think its combo of a subconcious shot at Sark and a sincere observation about Petersen. Petersen's Boise players unanimously think highly of him and its partly why they performed above and beyond their ability.

I'm really excited to see how the players respond to playing for a top notch coach and someone they really believe in. We havent been able to see that in decades.

It's like night and day. There's a greater sense of purpose in everything they do in practice and Peterman is like a second father to these kids. At practice, everyone seems faster too!

This is just what I'm hearing.
 
This is definitely the best summer since I've been here. Everyone stuck around, nobody went home for the summer. It's going to be different this year.

I motion to change Cyler Miles aka Miley Cyrus' name to "Old Cyler Miles."

Has a nice ring to it. Example of usage: "Old Cyler Miles sold me an eight-ball today. I think the fucker ripped me off." etc.
