I would totally agree and i don't follow ford enough to know if he really should be canned. That being said, we're all people who if we could pay $50 to have control over something we would. That's pretty much the equivalent of 9 million to TBOONE. Pretty sure whenever ford sours in his mind, doesn't matter the check.

He's been in the tourney the last 3 years so at least there is a reason to keep him around. Granted they didn't make it past the first game.

Why?

If the AD doesn't provide the perception of job security to the coach then he's hamstringing the coach's ability to recruit.
