The holding penalty on their last drive really did them in. Too bad, since Ohio State should have been flagged on that play for PI. Their CB pretty much tackled the Wiscy receiver. Offsetting penalties, better field position with manageable down & distance & who knows...

Thats true and i was thinking about that dropped pass on that screen play too.
