Ohio State DC moving to Penn State for $3 million annually

Wonder if Knowles thought Ryan Day and Chip Kelly were getting too much credit and he felt like the 3rd fiddle.
 
If he grew up near Philly and has family there, then yeah even Ohio State matching probably wouldn't keep him around.

Isn't your corch a defensive guy? Woudl think that should mean Tosh is just a DC in name but don't understand his value anymore. Thought his thing was burying coffee cups in the mountains, texting 17 year olds, and losing to them in Madden bro, but now that players can legally get paid and that's what they care about, what's his appeal?

Thought his thing was burying coffee cups in the mountains, texting 17 year olds, and losing to them in Madden bro, but now that players can legally get paid and that's what they care about, what's his appeal?

I don't have an answer. Tosh should be a teen boy stalker and roid-raging cheerleader, end of conversation.
Lanning had uber-elite talent at Georgia, but what he's had at Oregon isn't far off. The scheme against Buck should've been vetted by Dan, and, if so, is an indictment.
Head coaching has become much like being a university president: fundraiser, talking head, world traveler, motivational speaker etc.
I'd like to see what our D might look like with Lanning as DC. I just don't think it's possible to be the HC and DC anymore, at least not well.

Dan's only been there for four years. Needs more Tim .
 
Pretty good stuff that the Buck staff claims that they forced him to change away from "his" defense after the Oregon game while his wife claims that he was running "their" defense and forced his own defense after the Oregon game.
