Only because of the game site, Seattle would be favored over either on a neutral field.

But I agree on the first part, whoever wins the NFC wins it all.

Seattle has proven to lay big turds in the playoffs the last 2 Seasons. But they have gotten away with it at least twice. To say that anyone is afraid of Seattle at this point is hookism to the max brah. They're a very good team. Just not a consistent team.
