Leaf's problem was that he was a jerk off the field. His arrogance led him to not study the playbook and get fat.

You have to be a Type A asshole to play QB in the NFL, but the good ones leave it on the field and they don't blow up at reporters, etc.

Leaf is just a fuckhead, plain & simple.
