Threat to democracy
Tax write offs to spur economic activity =/= student loan forgiveness or EBT cards.
Washington has a spending problem not a revenue problem.
The left likes to conflate people keeping their money with subsidies and transfers payments.
Reminder that for lifelong go vernment employees and politicians, “revenue” is the among of money confiscated via taxes by the people like me who are paying their salaries and funding their retirements. For this, they hate me in some sort of weird biting the hand that feeds mental gymnastics. The one group that seems to not have this widespread anger at the people funding their salaries is the military.
