I got a speeding ticket north of Olympia going to the duck game this year. Miles north of the city but it was still a 60, pretty much unposted. They had a bunch of cars parked next to each other like they were at a wreck while a lone car gunned me.

i've really only lived in LA and Skagit County so I've driven I-5 a ton and it's so stupid how many speed trap cops you see in WA compared to the other states. My favorite is driving on the freeway in WA when it's non traffic hours and you wonder why there's weirdly traffic then eventually see they have some hero trooper sitting there or have someone pulled over.

This Hispanic friend of mine works security. They pay him pretty well to patrol this shopping center on the south side sometimes (where a lot of illegals are). He said a lot of people ask him if he's ICE or just scatter when they see him. This is hilarious to Bill.
