NFL clock management

Houston has the ball at Dallas' 1 yard line with 50 seconds left and Dallas has 3 TO's and decides to run hurry up, why? Does anyone in the NFL know to milk clock?
Didn't take advantage of Dallas not calling to's.
They'll be lucky if it doesn't cost them this game

Yeah, they definitely scored too quickly.

Lucky for them. the Cowboys' kicker just missed the FG.
 
Houston just won the coin toss in OT to boot. It has been a pretty good game overall.
