Regarding recruiting, it is Chinteresting that UW is #42 but #25 in average star ranking. Ideally they move up in the top 20 with Jericho Johnson and Jason Brown (?) committing.

Things seem to be trending in the right direction

Better recruiting coupled with proven portal acumen

Speaking of the portal, it opens December 3rd. Ideally they find a pass-rusher and a stud LB (or two) who have 2 or 3 years of eligibility left. The depth at LB behind Alonzo T. and Bruener will be young and untested.

They haven't hit on any big upgrades at LB yet via the portal. I think Goforth is OK but not a difference maker.
