I see that CBS isn't projecting a Notre Dame vs Washington bowl game anymore.

Why reward a .500 team? Used to be that bowls were awarded for good play. I don't see .500 as playing well enough to be rewarded with a bowl game. Have though this for many years.

Why not? What does it hurt? If there is enough fan and advertising interest, what's the big deal?

Again...if you don't like the game, don't go or don't watch. If a team thinks they will lose money and it's not in their best interest to go, then decline. Big fucking deal. Who gives a fuck if there are "too many bowl games". Oh the humanity! How will be get though them all! Fuck off
