Scary how much our corners have improved in 5 games, where as USC has 4 and 5* players at corner and can't seem to cover a wet blanket. Oh wait, scout rankings don't count for sark apologists, only when he gets a top tier recruiting class 81% of the time

Rick was also interviewed by Sandmeier the other day and said that he passed on offering Cyler Miles in high school because of his throwing mechanics. He said he could tell that his size and athletecism made him a good high school QB despite his faults but he didn't see it translating to college where everyone is athletic. Its a good thing we had Steve the QB guru running the show.

You don't need to worry about throwing mechanics when you live and (mostly) die by the bubble screen.

I always hated the word "talent" when discussing star ratings and shit like that. Potential
 
Down voted because the coverage on the first Hail Mary he gave up to ASU was way fucking worse. At least there were guys around the ball for USC.
 
Also abundantly clear that Miles hasn't really developed as a QB ... but then again, how many of Seven's QBs have ever developed?
