Maybe this season but it’s still been a good hire overall for their University financially speaking and Boulder. He’s definitely an average coach and his days are numbered because I doubt they fire him this year or next. They will probably honor his contract and part ways within 14 months for medical reasons although they know he’s not a good coach. I guess their team has the best grade point average in forever which is probably his greatest achievement nice getting his son’s jersey retired because Hunter won the Heisman.
If I was a Colorado fan I would absolutely hate the AD for everything before during and after Deion.
Colorado is yet another school that actually is what quooks dream about UW being as they piss and shit themselves at night.

he’s an instant success at LSU no matter what he shows at Colorado. It’s difficult at best to get that community into Colorado football, recruits to go there and Alumni to contribute. LSU get him two great coordinators and go from there
No. You still have to beat teams of equal and/or better talent in the SEC. I like Deion as a personality, but he’s not a very good coach.

Sanders has a lot going against him of his own making. Mostly his mouth and the distractions that he allows and creates.
That said, "ya boy's" rant on Sanders was incoherent hater aid.. And he forgot to mention how successful the coaches at Colorado were before him:
In fact, if you go all the way back to the 60s, they've had exactly two coaches who were worth a shit: McCartney and RN.
He did a decent job at J State. All-time talents like him rarely make decent coaches. I have been pleasantly surprised at his results. I expected a Deshaun Foster result, which is much more the norm.
He seems like not a terrible coach, but certainly not a good one. People just react to him more strongly. Only Pac 12 weirdos like us of a certain age even know wtf DeShaun Foster happens to be.
