A kid could have an offer from every program in the country and he would literally not offer if a kid was an inch too short. It was absolutely retarded. It was more of a gradual thing because his first defensive recruiting class was incredible, but he started to become lazy after that, which culminated in him flat-out refusing to go out and recruit last year. I think that Kelly didn't see it as a problem at first because of that first really good recruiting class, but yeah, he should have done something about it a couple of years ago.
