Nachos are high cuisine in the places I eat and that movie was not remotely in the neighborhood of being “good”.
 
I loved the movie. That and Top Gun were my favorites this last year.

Watch a lot of old classics nowadays though. No more waste of time shit like Amsterdam. You just know Babylon is a pile of shit.

The Departed. Seven. Insomnia. Lincoln Lawyer. Hereditary. Need to make more of those.

Was my take. Nothing like GOT or a good movie. I actually liked Valhalla Rising, just a little.

Valhalla Rising is the best viking movie/show ever made. End of Discussion.

Hammer of the Gods also a very entertaining movie.

Agree that Vikings the show was amazing (better than GoT) at least for the first 3-4 seasons.
 
To me, any movie with swords, sorcerers, dragons etc get a compared to Conan the Barbarian (the OG version, not the shitty Jason Mamoa version) as the standard.

I don’t know that anything I’ve seen in this category cones close to Conan.
