After careful reflection, I have determined that he ranks #1 in my heart tied with Myles Gaskin and Napoleon Kaufman for favorite running back ever. He's also in my top 10 of favorite Huskies ever.

His 3rd down run to finish off Oregon shall forever live in our collective memories.

....and he might be back next year

He should come back. With a new qb, he’ll be the centerpiece of the offense. And the nfl treats RBs like shit $ wise. Incredibly tough player.

Dude showed the fuck up when it mattered, more than I think any of us could have expected.

I selfishly want him to come back, but he has a kid and RB shelf life is short. If he gets any sort of decent draft grade, he should go IMO.

Massive mancrush for me too... this team loses at least 2 games this year if he hadn't transferred IMO.

For sure one of my all time favorites now, and that sure happened quickly.

With Napoleon it was a 4-year love affair. With Dillon, it has been a hot fling of a couple months.

But it's also seeing his humility with teammates in addition to his mega-determination in running the football and his fully giving himself up bodily to protect Penix

Hard to judge, I'd say as a RB his draft status is 3rd round at best.

No idea what he'd get paid by UW to stay.

Things have changed in the new world.

Nip
C Dillon
DJ, Myles

Nip brought out a rare emotion when you saw him put a foot on space.

CD, just silly watching him blow people over.

DJ, like a runaway diesel engine.... He ain't stopping

Myles, just all around beauty

That is all S-Tier and A-Tier for post 90

i was pretty young at the time but napolean kaufman is the only thing i clearly remember about those huskies. a sweep to the sideline and hes gone

On a related note, I love that we run the pitch play somewhat consistently, and more importantly that we are good at it. I love the pitch.

As has been talked on here, his toughness blocking blitzing linebackers is a huge part of our success this season as well.

The time he gave Penix blowing up every single blitz up the middle was the difference for sure.

Johnson has performed very well in big games. Corey Dillon never had big games, Nip did not have that many big games (80 yards vs. Miami, the exception).

Myles performed well in big games. He was the only thing that kept UW in Fiesta vs. Penn St.

I really appreciate that DJ has been the hoss on the big stage.
