My new favorite cocktail- aka "The Groomer"

So Mrs Snow and the kids love them the Disney Dole Whips. I started making them from scratch during Covid times. All they are is vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple and pineapple juice. For shits and giggles, I started adding dark rum to the blender after serving the kids. Re-god-damned-diculous! If you like Pina Coladas, these are even better.

3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. vanilla ice cream
2 c. frozen pineapple
1 tbsp. lime juice
Pinch of sea salt

Rum is at your discretion.
