It makes sense if you consider Schnelly's old "State of Miami." Tampa is at the south end of Florida, but Miami is the capital of Southern Florida.

Miami has a 1-game schedule. AT FSU. Hard to say they're back until they play somebody. Their schedule is as bad as tOSU's slate
